Let’s spare our grief
And dry our tears.
It’s time to sing
And shed our fears.

Come celebrate
The broken chain,
Which tells us none
Has died in vain.

Each drop of blood,
Each sacrifice
Was meant to pay
The freedom’s price.

Beyond the graves,
Their spirits soar,
For, martyrs live
Forevermore.

Where daisies bloom
And roses grow,
You’ll read their names
In sunshine’s glow.
